Product information

These ARP head studs replace your stock headbolts for a high strenght stud/nut combination. Head studs are a vital component on high compression or turbo engines, which both experience high cylinder pressures. These studs are more durable and provide enough clamping force in high power applications. They are made out of a premium grade 8740 chrome moly steel is used to manufacture ARP High Performance connecting rod bolts. This material is heat-treated to provide a tensile strength in the 200,000 psi range. Fits all NA and NB, 1.6 and 1.8.
