Withdrawal Policy

The right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within a period of 14 days without giving reasons.

Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period shall expire 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires physical possession of the goods.

Notice of withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us (Name of Jimdo Shop Owner's shop/business, Address, plz and country, phone number and email address) of your decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. in writing by post, fax or e- mail). For this purpose, you may use the model withdrawal form (below), or make a statement clearly expressing your desire to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Observance of withdrawal period

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments made by you up to that point, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of any supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the standard delivery offered by us) without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will reimburse you using the same means of payment with which you made the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not be charged for such reimbursement.

Retention Right

We may wait to refund you until we have received the goods back, or you have proved that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.

Return of the goods

You shall return or hand over the goods to us [insert the shop/business name and geographical address, where applicable, of the person authorized by your business to receive the goods] without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your decision to withdraw from the contract. You are in time if you return the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

Cost of return

You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Compensation for depreciation

You are only liable for the depreciation of the goods resulting from the use of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
