Supertech forged pistons are a high performance upgrade piston, capable of withstanding a lot more forces compared to the stock pistons. Supertech pistons come in a variety of sizes, to either lower compression for a turbo engine or raise compression on a atmosheric build. Different diameters are available in order to increase displacement. These pistons are manufactured from 4032 Aluminum and coated with their "phosphate dry lubricant" coating that is applied to protect the rings against "micro welding" and enhance lubrication on the skirt/cylinder area. Supertech engineers have more than 40 years of experience in the design and production of racing pistons. They utilize the latest in CAD software & Finite Element Analysis (FAE) in order to design a strong, light weight high performance piston for any application. These pistons come in a set of 4, with wrist pins and locking clips. The required Supertech piston rings are available seperately.
