Designed for high-horsepower Mazda MX-5 builds, this custom turbo manifold combines a 3D-printed 316L stainless steel body with a low-mount turbo position and a V-band turbine connection. Designed for use with Kraken low-mount downpipes.

The manifold body allows for high-flow runner geometry within the available engine bay space. A thick, laser-cut cylinder head flange and matching turbine V-band flange are welded in place. The extra-thick head flange helps resist warping and maintain a reliable seal. The flange is machined after welding.

Compared with a conventional T25 flange, the larger turbine connection offers a significant increase in cross-sectional area, reducing restriction at the turbine inlet. The gasketless V-band connection eliminates the turbine flange gasket as a potential failure point, helping maintain reliable sealing under high boost and exhaust pressure.

Ordering & Fabrication Requirements

The correct turbine V-band flange is required to fabricate your manifold. You can supply your own matching flange, or we can provide it as part of your order.

Please contact us before ordering to confirm your turbocharger, turbine housing and flange requirements, and receive an exact quote. Final downpipe compatibility depends on the selected housing.
