This Hummelink oil cooler kit is assembled using high-quality Mocal components and custom-made stainless steel braided lines to deliver reliable, professional-grade oil cooling for your Mazda MX-5 NA and NB. The kit includes a thermostatic sandwich plate to ensure fast warm-up and stable oil temperatures under all driving conditions.

An oil cooler is essential for any MX-5 that experiences sustained high RPM use, whether on track or during spirited road driving. By keeping oil temperatures under control, engine oil retains its protective properties, significantly reducing wear and increasing engine longevity.

This kit is fully bolt-on and mounts neatly in the second fan location behind the radiator, ensuring excellent airflow without compromising cooling efficiency. It has been designed specifically for the MX-5 NA and NB, featuring custom stainless steel lines with the correct length and fitting angles for optimal fitment and clean, stress-free line routing.

On the thermostat side, we deliberately chose M20 banjo fittings. These are the slimmest solution available for this cramped area and provide excellent sealing thanks to the use of copper washers, making the setup both compact and highly leak-resistant.
